How to reach us
Both of these reach the same person. Email is better for anything with a file attached, WhatsApp is better if you are on a phone and in a hurry.

Messages are usually answered within two working days. If a reply takes longer than that, it means the message needs testing before an answer is worth sending.
Reporting a problem with the tool
Image bugs are hard to guess at and easy to fix once they can be reproduced. Four details do almost all the work.
- The file format you started with, for example JPG, PNG, HEIC or WebP
- The target size you typed, and the size you actually got back
- Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone
- What went wrong, in one line. A screenshot of the screen helps more than a long description.
Before you write in, one quick check
If nothing happens when you pick a photo taken on an iPhone, the file is probably in HEIC format. Open Settings, then Camera, then Formats, and choose Most Compatible. New photos will then save as JPG and will load normally.

Frequently asked questions
How do I report a photo that will not resize?
Email or message us with the format of the file, the target size you typed, the browser and phone you used, and what happened instead. That is usually enough to reproduce the problem straight away.
Can you tell me the photo size my exam form needs?
No, and we will not guess. Different websites quote different limits for the same exam, and a wrong number can get an application rejected. Take the size from your own official notification or portal.
Do you accept guest posts or link requests?
No. This site does not publish guest posts and does not take part in link exchanges.
