These are the rules for using the free image tools on photosizeincrease.com. In short: the tools are free, they run inside your own browser, your files stay yours, and you are responsible for checking the final file before you upload it to any form.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using photosizeincrease.com you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms sit alongside the privacy policy and the disclaimer. Read all three and you have the full picture.

2. What the service is

This site provides free image tools that run inside your own web browser. There is no account, no subscription and no paid tier.

Because the processing happens on your device, the speed and the result depend on your device and your browser. An older phone will take longer and may not support every image format.

3. Your files stay yours

You keep every right you already had in the images you use with this site. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything.

We do not receive your files, so we cannot use, publish, sell or train anything on them. This is a consequence of how the tool is built, not a policy we could quietly change.

4. Acceptable use

Use the tools for lawful purposes. In particular, please do not:

  • Process images you have no right to use
  • Use the tools to help create forged, altered or misleading identity documents
  • Attempt to attack, overload or break the site or the people using it
  • Copy the site code and present it as your own service

5. No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work hard to make the output correct and we test on real files, but we cannot promise that the site will always be available, always be free of bugs, or always produce a file that a particular portal will accept.

Always check the file before you upload it

You are responsible for the final file you submit. Open it, look at it, check the size against what your form asked for, and keep the original. A tool cannot know what your form will accept.

6. Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage that follows from using this site. That includes a rejected application, a missed deadline, a corrupted file or lost image quality.

The tools are free, they run on your own device, and the original file always stays with you. Keeping a copy of that original is the simplest protection you have.

7. Site content

The text, measurements, design and code on this site belong to photosizeincrease.com unless stated otherwise. You may quote a short passage with a link back to the page it came from.

Republishing whole pages, or copying the tool code to run elsewhere, is not permitted. If you want to reference the measured data in your own work, get in touch on the contact page and permission is usually straightforward.

8. Links to other sites

Some pages link to official portals and to neutral reference sources. Those sites are run by other people and we do not control what they publish or how they handle your data.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site grows and new tools are added. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY], and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that country.
